I cannot find my car on your website.
If you are unable to find your car on our list it means that is not on our database and cannot be assessed online. In which case you can call us to set up an appointment to get an estimate for your car.
My car is a non-runner. Will you still buy it?
We endeavour to buy any car after inspection even if it is damaged. A special appointment must be made for us to visit you if your car doesn't work.
What if my car is an import?
We also buy import cars after considering some additional points.
Can I sell a car on behalf of my family member or friend?
Yes, you can. You have to give us a letter of authorization from the owner and a U.A.E government issued ID of the owner and the person selling the car on his/her behalf.
Can I sell a car on behalf of a company?

Yes, bring the following documents with you:

  • A government issued ID for the assigned person and an authorisation letter signed and stamped by the company.
  • Bank account details of your company and the copy of company’s trade license
How to settle an appointment?
After receiving your car valuation on our website, you will be guided to our website's calendar which enables you to settle an appointment according to your convenience. Shortly after you will get a confirmation by e-mail.
Can I visit your office directly?

If you have not settled an online appointment, you can call us on 80025 or visit us directly in one of our branches, We will be delighted to evaluate your car free of charge. Our opening times are: Saturday to Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM.

What do I need to bring with me?
You should bring all documents, keys and service history book with you. Any accessories that come with the car such as radio should all be brought to the appointment.
Is there a transaction fee?
No. There is no transaction fee, we provide all services completely free of charge.
How can I be sure that I will get my payment?
We will sign a purchase agreement which is legally binding including the details of transaction, terms and conditions. Money or cheque will be given to you then or directly transferred to your bank account.
How will you pay me?
We will pay you however way you like. You can have it in cash, cheque or an instant secure payment through bank transfer. All you have to do is bring your bank details along to the appointment.
