Electric Cars: Farewell Speed Battery Depletion

The electric cars world is saying farewell to speed battery depletion. It is one of the biggest problems hindering the electric car industry. This is an obsession for anyone who wants to get rich in an electric car. Furthermore, it makes him hesitate to take the risky decision to buy an electric car. Fortunately,  here the solution comes quickly from Chinese scientists who do not know the way to despair. These scientists were able to extend the life of electric car batteries by designing a smart thermal cloak. This battery keeps the car warm in the winter and cool in the summer. In turn, this reduces energy consumption. The work of these scientists is at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This research will solve many of the problems of electric cars regarding charging and depleting batteries. It is clear that temperatures affect the efficiency of batteries in general.

Lithium Charging Systems Best Battery

One of the best batteries that work with high efficiency is the famous lithium-ion batteries. On the other hand, there are some problems associated with it. The efficiency of this battery decreases when the temperature rises. This is due to its dependence on the chemical reaction in storing electricity. In addition, when the weather is cold, the batteries face a storage problem as well. Therefore, the use of smart thermal cloak technology helps to maintain the balance of temperatures. As a result, the efficiency of the batteries improves. The ideal temperature for the battery is between 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. Temperatures and cold affect these percentages and make the batteries take longer to charge. The scientists relied on extending the working-life of the battery by means of the Genesis Serial Clock. It is a device consisting of a layer that reflects sunlight. So, it’s external and internal layers work to trap heat.
