The Acura Integra Coupe: A Modern-Day

With the lukewarm response from the current 2023 Acura Integra, fans of the iconic 90s JDM car will appreciate this new Acura Integra Coupe render.

The Acura Integra first went on sale in 1985 as one of two cars in the model lineup for Honda’s new premium brand. Built off a Civic platform, the Integra offered buyers a premium sports sedan or coupe that was, in the case of the Type R, a proper performance legend and enthusiast favorite.

Sales of even the lesser versions of the Integra were strong, and the car developed a loyal following among young people looking for an upscale ride that was still affordable. But Acura dropped the Integra name altogether and finally the brand moved to a new naming structure (RSX, TSX, RDX, etc.).

After 20+ years, Acura finally brought back the Integra name this year for an all-new sporty premium compact sedan built off the Civic platform once more.

The Acura Integra Coupe Timothy Adry Emmanuel

The all-new Integra is only available as a 5-door hatchback, whereas the original Integra included a 3-door variant as well. With fans expressing their indifferent opinions of the new Integra, HotCars digital artist Timothy Adry Emmanuel has created images of what a 2-door coupe version of the new 4-door Acura Integra sedan might look like.

Like the original Integra, this image has a low grille which also has the shape found on the front of all new Acuras. An Acura badge is at the center of the hood which has a bulge in the center. Round LED headlights are a nod to the round lights on the original Integra.

What did get confirmed though is the Acura Integra Type S for summer 2023, a car which will feature a 300-hp 2-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, a manual 6-speed transmission and an LSD: the same kind of specs as the Honda Civic Type R and a feature list that looks a lot closer to what we might expect from an Integra Type R today; albeit with 4 doors and perhaps less of the 90s car’s agility and dynamics due to its much heavier weight.

The Integra Type R from the late 90s is a legend among front-wheel-drive cars today, a naturally-aspirated 1.8-liter engine made 197 hp – better than some V8s with 3 times the capacity from history – and a light, strengthened chassis helped it reach 60 mph in as little as around 6 seconds.

UAE: Unexpected Rise in Autos Rentals

In recent years, the UAE witnessed an unexpected rise in autos rentals due to many factors. One of the reasons behind this rise is the economical boosts in oil sector, as well as, non-oil sector in the previous decades. This country is about to score the highest record in a rapid economic growth. Clearly, whenever there is an economical growth UAE: Unexpected Rise in Autos Rentals. As a result, the petrol price raised up, as well as, autos rentals of electric autos and second-hand autos. Not only this, there are other factors that contributed to the downfall. An example for this is the looming recession and the pandemic.

UAE: Unexpected Rise in Autos Rentals Disruption of Traditional Rental Habits

Although the UAE in general and RTA in specific aimed to amend and boost autos sectors, there are some obstacles. The lifestyle of a very striking number of residents changed their thinking towards auto use. For instance, instead of using autos for family purposes, they started to rent accordingly. However, the rent over there is not casual. Another change in peoples’ lifestyle is the so called car-pooling. This refers to the fact that people share autos with others when crossing the same destination. However, it is not necessarily to have exactly the same destination. If there is proximity to two place car-pooling is possible.

The beginning of the previous paragraph stated that the UAE and the RTA began to encourage autos sector. One of the incentives is that the RTA exempts new autos from testing. This is to encourage autos owners to license their new autos easily. Another interesting incentive is extending licensed autos lifetime from two years to four years. Furthermore, the RTA abolished autos surcharges. In conclusion, although autos sectors witnessed a dramatic downfall, it is making amends now.

Hybrid and Electric Autos

A wide number of people do mix between three types of electric and hybrid autos. However, the difference is crystal clear for the minority not the majority. Autos buyers are so hesitant when it comes to making a decision. In addition, they think a lot when it comes to gaining an electric or hybrid auto. Another difficult option to select from also is whether to get a full-size SUV or a small sedan. In addition, they should choose between a fully electric auto or a plug-in hybrid. So, there are many points to put into consideration. This blog will strike a clear difference between all these similarities.

Hybrid and Electric Autos Different Types

There are many different types of electric autos ranging between fully electric to less ones. There is a hybrid electric vehicle which has a traditional gas-engine, a battery and electric motors. What powers the vehicle is the motors and the engine. In addition, this type of electric auto will choose the right time to switch for a certain kind of power to another. These two powers are gas and electricity. When there is a hard task of acceleration the gas engine works. The reverse is true for the other. In this case, you do not need to plug in for there is no need for charging.

And no need to install a charging slot at home at all. What you need to do is to fill up you auto tank with gas as usual and nothing else.  The other kind of electric auto is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle it also puts gas engine and a battery in one package. Furthermore, it functions that same way as the previous prototype. In addition to the previous characteristics it uses a regenerative braking in order to charge the battery.

Driving Range for Electric Vehicles

One of the most important factor that autos buyers do keep in mind when buy Electric Vehicles is driving range. Since electric vehicles showed up in autos world, auto fans are asking about their driving range. So, this is because of the fact that these kinds of autos are novice to autos world. In addition, autos drivers know the driving range of their petrol-powered autos by how full the tank is. Logically, for electric autos the battery charge should clearly indicate the cars driving range. However, this is sometimes untrue for these types of autos. Therefore, autos buyers are very anxious about this. To be honest, this is a justifiable panic.

Driving Range for Electric Vehicles The Mileage

Previously, we mentioned that the anxiety of auto buyers is justifiable for certainty lack. A person should become certain about the mileage his/her auto will cross. Otherwise, they will not be sure that how many mileages they can cross. There is a great difference between petrol powered autos and electric autos. The large difference is that petrol powered autos have a range of 250 to 300 miles for a full tank turn. However, the same is definitely untrue for EVs.
These kinds of vehicles conventionally, cross between 30 to 40 miles per a full charge. On the other hand, there are some EVs which are outstanding such as Mazda MX-30. This auto can cross a distance of 100 miles per fully charged battery. This shortage in driving range puts electric autos at the back of peoples’ mind when it comes to buying. However, the future of electric powered autos will improve. This is because of the fact that the whole world is going electric. All in all, there is a great difference between electric powered autos and petrol-powered ones. Which is which?

Mansory Unveil Wild, Two-Tone AMG G63 UAE 50th Edition

The G-Wagon was chosen because it is one of the most popular cars in the UAE.

Mansory is one of the most famous tuning houses in the world. The German aftermarket firm produces some sometimes wild and controversial builds that always end up grabbing people’s attention. Their latest creation is something that is extra crazy and a bit of a surprise. This is the Mercedes-AMG G63 P900 Limited Edition 50th UAE by Mansory, a limited edition run of the very popular Mercedes-AMG G63 that, as the name suggests, is specifically for the United Arab Emirates.

Mansory Unveil Wild, Two-Tone AMG G63 UAE 50th EditionThe United Arab Emirates, by the decree of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is marking 2021 as The Year of the 50th. Essentially, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the nation’s founding back in 1971. This G63 by Mansory is part of the celebrations that will run until April 2022. If we take a good look at the G63, we can see that even the interior has had a wild makeover. That interior space is in yellow and purple leather in its entirety, with Mansory saying that the colors mirror each other in the center of the vehicle. This helps to create a unique play of colors on the inside.

The exterior, though, is where the real craziness lies. It carries a pretty crazy two-tone paint scheme of purple on the front, with it transcending into black across the second half of the car. On top of the basic paint changes, the exterior of the G63 has a wide range of body kit features. The Mansory logo is now on the grille, and the body is wider and sturdier looking, with crazy wheel arches and a wild looking bumper and grille.

Too Crazy Even For Mansory

The wheels have received an equally crazy remake, with multiple spoke black wheels complimenting the purple at the front and blending in with the black at the back. The car has also had some form of performance upgrades too. Mansory say that the performance data they have shows the G63 is capable of a wild 900 hp, and produces 885 lb-ft of torque. They have not released the data on what upgrades they have done to the engine of the G63 P900. There is no price referenced for the car yet either, but given it will be exclusive to the UAE, it is surely not going to be cheap.

This New Lexus LFA Redesign Puts The Electricity

The Lexus LFA gets a new custom body design and aerodynamic features, along with an electric powertrain and awesome glass roof.

Lexus’ LFA is a Japanese sports car that won’t die – many are still mourning its death and calling for its successor a decade after it finished production.

Why it’s an icon, a classic and a favorite for many is down to different factors, sure, but it also had a kind of X-factor that many other premium performance coupes can aspire to.

As we’ll see, the Lexus LFA has been back in the press recently for an important reason and so now seems like as better time as any to speculate on how the familiar Japanese coupe might look on the outside if it returned tomorrow.
These new renders are exclusives courtesy of HotCars artist Timothy Adry Emmanuel and portray the LFA like you’ve never seen it before – let’s take a closer look.

Lexus LFA
Looking at the render we can see that it is a sleek, two-door coupe, with a long hood that connects with a windshield and eventually a long sloping roofline to the short rear section.

Of course, most of the details and features are new, but you can see how the black cut-outs and grills below the headlights and tail lamps serve as inspiration for the render.

It has large rims, double-deck LED lights and a very low front splitter and bumper section.

A curvy door, low side sills with ducts behind the front wheels and an uninterrupted glass house from the windshield all the way back to the trunk.

Up back, there are no triple exhausts, just an immense rear diffuser section that you must see to believe – overall, it perhaps looks to have more in common with the Lotus Evija than a Japanese sports car – more on that later.
